Trauma-informed massage therapist, trained through Ontario’s 2,200-hour RMT program with a focus on orthopaedic, evidence-based massage. I have been practicing since 2019.

My approach is wholistic and personalized: I don’t just address symptoms, I work with you to uncover and treat the root causes of the presenting concern (ie tension, injury, pain, etc). Each appointment is intended to give you both immediate relief and long-term benefits.Your appointment time includes:

- A conversation before and after treatment to understand your goals and check in on your progress.

- An orthopaedic assessment when needed, to guide a more precise treatment plan.

- Tailored on-table treatment that adapts to your body’s needs on that day.

- Home care walkthrough and assignment, so the benefits of your massage extend into your daily life, and so you leave with more agency over your wellbeing.

Every treatment is custom-built for you, blending a clinical perspective with a supportive, trauma-informed approach to help you feel not just better in the moment, but more balanced and empowered in your body.

I currently only offer sessions of 75 minutes or longer, as I’ve found this is the minimum time needed to provide the level of care, attention, and follow-up that my practice is built on — particularly for new clients or those I haven’t seen in a while.

Payment is by cash or e-transfer.
